During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address or mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one soltspk account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your soltspk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. soltspk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: soltspk may at any point request identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to soltspk's satisfaction. soltspk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of KYC review.

Account Currency: All soltspk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no conversion fees applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

Sports Betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed. soltspk does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets unless a clear pricing error has occurred on our part.
• In the event of a match, event, or game being abandoned, postponed, or voided, soltspk will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, stakes will be returned where the event did not reach the required completion threshold.

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which that bet will be settled, subject to any applicable dead heat or rule 4 deductions.

Termination by soltspk: soltspk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account with immediate effect, and without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account is found to be in violation of our fair play policy, including suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• You have opened more than one account on the soltspk platform.
