Every new user is required to verify that they are aged 21 or above by submitting a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) showing their date of birth. Access to real-money games and sports betting is withheld until age verification is successfully completed.

If soltspk discovers or has reason to believe that a user is under 21 years of age, we will immediately:

• Suspend the account pending investigation
• Freeze all funds in the account
• Notify our responsible gaming team
• Permanently close the account if the age violation is confirmed
• Void all gameplay activity conducted while underage
